Customer Services Team Leader – Insurance
Location: NORTHAMPTON or WELLINGBOROUGH
Hours: 37.5 HOURS OER WEEK
What is the role?
This is a newly created role and an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor or existing Team Leader to develop a role that truly leads from the front. Working in a Service based team, this role will be split with approximately 50% of your day hands on alongside your team, receiving incoming customer enquiries and ensuring that the daily admin workflow is completed. The other 50% will be managing the day-to-day work allocation, team administration, supporting and developing the team through feedback, coaching and the collation and reporting of performance to the operational leadership team.
This role will suit an existing Team Leader but equally provides a great opportunity for an experienced advisor taking their first step in leadership. Whilst you may have worked in insurance before, it is certainly not essential, as we will offer you full training and development to undertake the role.
