The personal lines award is focussed on identifying stand-out brokerages setting the standard for others to follow, recognising and celebrating excellence and innovation. Each business that entered had to demonstrate growth within a competitive market and also had to prove they are able to adapt in challenging conditions in order to be shortlisted for this award. The Personal Lines Broker Award was open to any insurance broker providing insurance to individuals and this year received the largest amount of submissions ever in the history, making this one of the most sought after award in the insurance industry.
