Sales Team Leader/Manager
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for coaching and achieving results? We’re looking for two Sales Team Managers to inspire and guide a team while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, Motivate & Develop: Take ownership of team performance, setting clear targets and expectations through regular briefs and discussions, visual performance tracking, and regular feedback;
- Performance Management: Congratulate and celebrate good performances, as well as identify underperformance early and implement tailored coaching plans, including structured 1:1’s, development goals, and follow-up actions to drive improvement.
- Quality & Compliance Oversight: Monitor Quality scores, cancellations and complaints, proactively addressing issues to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
- Operational Leadership: Manage holiday approvals, absences and productivity in line with HR Policies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, working closely with your fellow managers.
- Data Accuracy & Lead Management: Ensure all client data is handled securely and accurately, with leads managed efficiently to maximise conversion opportunities and client expectations.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Play an active role in recruitment activities, including interviews, and onboarding to build a strong, capable team.
Key Experience:
- Proven experience in leading sales teams within a regulated environment.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of developing talent.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Confidence in managing performance metrics and compliance standards.
- Interpret and act upon Management Information, to maximise the performance of those within your team
- Create and implement competitions and incentives to create fun, as well as drive performance
- Attend our trade shows with our team (currently two a year held locally) to promote the company.
