I joined Assist as a sales consultant in 2011. The experienced team already in place helped me develop my existing home insurance knowledge, as well as my sales skills and confidence. After working my way up through the sales team, to senior & then team leader, I was given the opportunity to take my knowledge and apply it to a new challenge.  A brand new position was created for me allowing me to incorporate everything I had learned into training, quality and technical referrals. Assist has always provided opportunities for individuals to grow and learn. Even though the company has grown significantly since I’ve started, the core values, family feel and being treated as an individual rather than a number has always remained. Each person is truly valued and you can see this each day, whether its in our business day, our monthly incentives or our company nights out. I have worked at Assist for 6 and ½ years. I enjoy working for Assist as the company shares the same values as my own. We put the customer at the heart of everything we do and that is important to me. I started with the company as a sales advisor and over the years I have progressed with the company growth. I was promoted to Sales Manager taking responsibility of the sales team and due to my success in this role, I was then promoted to Operations Manager, where I was responsible for managing the whole operation (Sales, Renewals & Customer Service). Last year I moved to East Sussex and Assist created a role specifically for me so that I could continue working for them. The company has a real family feel, we help and want to better each other.
