What am I covered for?

All our cover can be tailored to suit your needs, depending on the type of craft you have and what you will be using it for. As well as all your standard perils, we also include accidental damage to protect you from bumps and scrapes and public liability.

What cover levels do you offer?

We have a range of cover levels available including Third party cover, craft damage only and comprehensive cover.

Do I need Jet Ski insurance?

Although jet ski insurance is not a legal requirement in the UK, evidence of third-party insurance is compulsory at most marinas, harbours and in recognised mooring / launching areas.

Can my Jet Ski insurance be in joint names?

Yes, anyone who has a financial interest in the jet ski can be named on the policy.

Can I add drivers under the age of 21 on to my policy?

Drivers between the ages of 14-21 can be added to the policy at no extra charge, providing they have at least one years’ experience or a PWC Course.

Do you offer discounts for completing a PWC Course?

A wide range of discounts are available on our policy, including various courses and qualifications.

Do you accept payment by cheque for my Jet Ski insurance policy?

Yes we do. Many of our clients still prefer to pay by cheque. Please simply complete your cheque for the correct amount, making it payable to Assist Insurance Services. Do I need a survey to get Jet Ski insurance?

Our survey requirements vary dependent on boat type. If you would like to check if we would need a survey for your craft, speak to one of our advisors who would be happy to let you know.

My jet ski is moored overseas permanently, can you cover this?

Yes. As long as you are a UK citizen and your craft is registered in the UK, we can cover worldwide mooring locations.

Do you offer any benefits if I belong to a club or association??

We offer discounts for selected clubs, classes and associations. To see if yours qualifies, give us a call.

Can I keep my Jet Ski on a Versa Dock or Hydro pod?

Versa docks and hydro pods are becoming increasingly popular. Therefore we are now able to cover jet skis kept on versa docks in a wide range of locations. To check if your mooring location is covered, give us a call and speak to one of our advisors.

Where can I keep my Jet Ski?
