We have made renewing your boat insurance a whole lot easier.

If you wish to renew, and do not need to make any changes to your policy for the coming year, it is very easy and secure by doing so online.  This facility is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can choose whether to pay by credit or debit card or opt for our instalment facility. Click the appropriate box below:

If you wish to renew your policy by post, you can do so by paying by cheque, or our instalment plan. Merely complete the ‘remittance advice slip’ included within your insurance documentation. Please make any cheques payable to: Assist Insurance Services Limited, and please ensure that your policy number is on the reverse of the cheque. We will have enclosed a pre-paid addressed envelope with your renewal documents, if you have received your renewal by post.

If you would like to renew your policy without making any changes, you can do so securely by BACS transfer. Please transfer this year’s premium which appears on your renewal invitation to:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – FAQS

You’ll receive your renewal invitation by post or email 21 days before your current cover ends. Once you’re happy with the cover outlined, you can easily renew your insurance over the phone by calling our renewals priority line 01604 949 833, or you can renew online by clicking here.

You will receive your new insurance documents within a couple of days of renewing your policy by post, alternatively if you renew online, you will receive your Boat Insurance documents via email within a couple of minutes of renewing.

If you would like to add, remove or alter any cover before renewing your policy, just give our Customer Services Team a call on 01604 949 833, and they will be happy to help.

We are happy to receive your renewal premium via BACS transfer. Please use your policy/client reference number as the unique reference to help us identify your policy.
